The Walking Wapping Warm-up is getting close to the end. As usual, here's a recap of what we've covered so far.
Our lower body focus continues here, this time out to the side.
This is the "side knee". There's really no such thing, but it's a nice way to remember it since it involves raising the knee high to the side.
Some people like to step out after raising the knee and before putting the foot down. I like to touch the foot down (touchdown!) and then step forward. Either way is fine...the important part is raising the knee high and maintaining alignment.
