Feature Video: Morning Minute

If you're looking to burn some extra fat (and who isn't?), give this a try. First thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything (except water), spend a minute being active as shown in the video. Try it for 30 days and let us know how it goes.

Maybe a little early in the year for the crockpot (aka "slow cooker") but really you can use it any time. This is a very generic recipe: jazz i tup as you see fit.
And a question for the Planet readers with actual cooking skills: could you just take a whole chicken, cut into some parts, and throw it in the crockpot using this recipe? Let me know in the comments. Thanks!
