Information We Collect
The information we collect is used to improve the experience for our users, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor.
To use certain features on our sites, you are required to register. When you register, we collect personally identifiable information about you including your e-mail address, user name, and password.
When you use our site, we may also collect your browser type, access time, and Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and keep records of this information. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data (such as the web pages you request) can be sent to you. Your IP address does not tell us who you are. Like the IP address, none of this other information identifies you personally either; we collect it for aggregate reporting on site activity that we may use. For example, we may want to know how long the average user spends on our site, which pages or features get the most attention. The aggregate information helps to understand our audience and confirm the value of the content on our website.
How Your Information Will Be Used
Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with a customized training experience and to make our site more valuable to you.
We may disclose your personal information only when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary for compliance with legal process.
If you use a forum, comments, or chat session on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these tools, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.
If you don't want people to know your name or e-mail address, for example, be sure not to include it in any message you post.
Security and Passwords
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We recommend that you not disclose your password to anyone.
A Special Note to Parents and Caregivers
Our services are only offered to those over the age of 13. Whenever children use their computers, parents should supervise their activities, especially use of the Internet, email, and other online services. Parents are responsible for keeping credit cards away from children and all unauthorized users.
In the event StrongFast Fitness goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
