Resistance training is the way to go for building strength and muscle. Here's a different look at resistance training ... without weights.
You don't need to be a great hitter to get a great workout, but the harder you can hit, the better the workout. So get some coaching if you can. (Preferably at StrongFast Fitness, of course!)

A study seems to show how exercise can make us eat less. Maybe. Some people. For a while, anyway. And if your exercise is of the "high intensity" variety. So what about it ... how does exercise affect your appetite? Comments anyone? |

And a more worthwhile take than the article that prompted it which said, in a nutshell (which is probably pretty high in fiber), that all the claims touting fiber benefits are bunk. |

Isn’t it logical that if you are exercising you arent eating DURING those times so if you exercise MORE you eat LESS??!! 🙂 Just sayin’……..
Haha! Unfortunately, lack of time is not a big hindrance to consuming lots of calories. It’s possible to pack them in fast!
